All my sessions have disappeared. What can I do?

Sometimes when you open your application (especially after an update), all the sessions seem to have disappeared. Don't panic, this is just a display. Your application must re-download the database of your sessions.

Be careful to have good cell service at this time. Sometimes 4G is more efficient than Wifi by the way. 
  • To do this you can start by dragging the session list down a few times, making sure that the little wheel starts spinning. 
  • If that's not enough, you can log out / back in to your account. 
  • If you logged out just before, make sure you have logged back in to the right account!
  • If it still doesn't happen, insist a little or try again later. But don't panic, everything is fine on our server 😊
