How does the "30 days satisfied or money back guarantee" work?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the purchase of your Equisense Motion Sensor, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase. This allows you to test the product before deciding to keep it.

To claim a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a Return Material Authorization from our Customer Service within 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to do so, just write an email to contact@equisense.com.
  • You must return the product to us for a refund. Returned products must be in good condition (not broken or damaged). All accessories that were originally supplied with the purchase must also be returned.
Attention! Keep your invoice. Without it, we cannot make a refund.
Return Policy: You must pay all shipping costs and pay them in advance and bear the entire loss or damage risk for the returned product during the return to us.
