How does the "30 days satisfied or money back guarantee" work?
When you purchase an Equisense Motion Essential or Motion S sensor, you have 30 days to try it out and exercise your right of return if you are not satisfied, and ask for a refund. This period starts from the date of purchase. This leaves you plenty of time to discover the product.
To claim a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must request a Return Material Authorization from our Customer Service within 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to do so, just write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You must return the product to us for a refund. Returned products must be in good condition (not broken or damaged). All accessories that were originally supplied with the purchase must also be returned.
