I bought my sensor from a reseller. What do I do if I have questions?

If you have bought your Equisense Motion from one of our partners for reselling or on amazon and you have a question or a problem, please feel free to contact our customer service.

The warranty works normally and exchanges will be handled directly with Equisense customer support.

As for the refund, ask your retailer!
