I cannot log into the app/the website!
The application or the site?
First of all, please note that the accounts for the website and the application are different. If you have created an account on our website, this account will not work for the application! You must create an account for the application (with the same or a different email address).
And vice versa! An account created on the application will not work to connect on the website :)
I still can't connect
Then make these first usual verifications:
- Are you on the right account?
- Did you enter the right password? If you can't remember your password, you can reset it to a new one.
- Did you use the correct login method? (Mail and password, or Facebook, or Apple)
