I cannot log into the app/the website!

If you cannot log into the app or the website, please check the following 3 points:

  • Are you sure it is the right account?
  • Are you sure you have the correct password?
  • Did I create an account on the App/the website?

If you do not remember your password, click on "forgot password" to reset it.

If you created an account on our website and/or our blog, this account will not work to log into our app! You have to create an account specifically for the app (with the same email address or a different one). And vice versa! If you create an account on our app, you can't log onto our website without creating an account specifically for the website.
