How is the workload calculated?

The gait distribution allows you to review how the session was constructed. It allows you to appreciate the distribution of work between warm-up, the return to calm and work.

The distribution of the gait over several sessions allows you to have an objective idea of how you have solicited your horse over the last few sessions to ensure that you neither under-trained nor over-trained.

The gait of your horse is not detected by the speed or rhythm of your horse but by the shape of its vertical acceleration.

Today, we can easily calculate it for horses and bigger ponies.

However, the algorithm as it is now does not work with very small ponies and western gaits.
