How does the "30 days satisfied or money back guarantee" work?
When you purchase an Equisense Motion Essential or Motion S sensor, you have 30 days to try it out and exercise your right of return if you are not satisfied, and ask for a refund. This period starts from the date of purchase. This leaves you plenty of time to discover the product.
To claim a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must request a Return Material Authorization from our Customer Service within 30 days after the date of purchase. In order to do so, just write an email to contact@equisense.com.
- You must return the product to us for a refund. Returned products must be in good condition (not broken or damaged). All accessories that were originally supplied with the purchase must also be returned.
Attention! Keep your invoice. Without it, we cannot make a refund.
Return Policy: You must pay all shipping costs and pay them in advance and bear the entire loss or damage risk for the returned product during the return to us.
