My Motion already belongs to someone else!
If your Motion Sensor shows this error message, please check two things:
- Make sure that you've connected with the right account. Are you sure that you did connect with your email address and not via Facebook or vice versa? Did you maybe use a different email address?
- If you are sure you are using the right account, please check if you have the right sensor and not the one of a friend for instance.
If you are sure that it is the right account and the right sensor and you still cannot connect, please contact us at email@example.com.
